KJUS are a Norwegian ski apparel company founded in 2000 by Norwegian Olympic skiing legend Lasse Kjus. Winner of 16 Olympic and World Championship medals, Kjus first got the idea of designing ski clothing when he himself suggested to the Norwegian ski teams sponsors that they should try different fabrics in their clothing in an attempt to improve performance. These meetings and experiences gave him the desire to create improved clothing and products for skiers. 

 

KJUS successfully branched out into the golf industry a decade on, and their early success made them an attractive proposition to the big hitters. Offering the likes of jackets, mid layers and trousers, and incorporating everything good from the massively successful ski clothing range in terms of styles and technology, KJUS gained the ‘premium’ tag very quickly.

 

Acushnet Company who also own Titleist and Footjoy acquired them in 2013, and their top quality apparel can now be found in the best pro shops around the UK and USA.
