Zerofriction, who were initially known as Excel Golf Products, are the company responsible for bringing the importance of our golf tees into the limelight. They were the first in the industry back in 2005 to highlight the potential negative effect that an average golf tee can have on our golf shots. It was then, that their ‘zerofriction’ golf tees were born.
 
Rather than the conventional flat bottomed tee, zerofriction tees have a unique 3,4, and 5 pronged tee design which they claim reduces the resistance between ball and tee up to a massive 66%. Less friction yields longer straighter drives. Sounds good, right?
