With the upcoming Turkish Open in November the Montgomerie Maxx Royal Golf Club takes the top spot. It is sometimes argued to in fact be one of the best golf courses in the world and this summer will certainly have the world’s eyes on it. There are also rumours that the Turkish Open held at this course in Belek may be a precursor to Turkey’s bid for the 2020 Olympics.

Lykia Links is the first links golf course in the Mediterranean. With the Tauras mountains on one side and the Mediterranean on the other, this course designed by Perry Dye is a must-visit. Only a 45 minute drive from Dalaman and with many available flights to Dalaman this adds convenience to one of the best golfing experiences you could dream of.

Carya Golf Club founded by golfing champion Peter Thomson is built in the traditional style which makes it very unique to the courses in Turkey. With an impressive driving range and newly built clubhouse accompanying the challenging and picturesque course this is a golfing experience you will never forget.

Cornelia Faldo is characterised by a large dune ridge running through the course. With many holes requiring plenty of strategic planning by the end of the course you will definitely deserve the first class facilities the Club provides.

The National Golf Course in Belek was the first course of international standard to be built in Turkey. Having hosted the Ladies European Tour in recent years and with an Academy course, The National is well-worth a visit for any standard of player.

Sueno Golf Club holds two impressive courses. The Sueno Pines is regarded as the more difficult of the two, but with both this and the Sueno Dunes being kept in consistently good condition and in a naturally beautiful area they consistently gain good reactions from golfers.

Gloria Gold Club: Old Course opened in 1997 is home to an impressive 7 large lakes. It’s designer Michel Gayon made his mark with ‘deep’ bunkers and the course has become one of the most popular in Turkey.

Gloria Golf Club: New Course is challenging and with a stunning finish. The Club being home to one of the best Academy Courses in Europe makes it one to visit.

Tat International Golf Club is built on sandy dunes and as such can handle bad weather better than most courses. With a wide range of course choice each designed with it’s own character and spectacular views a visit to Tat Golf Club will not be regretted.

Kusadasi International Golf Club is built with impressive views over the Aegean sea. Only recently opened it has and impressive range of modern facilities including a VIP Lounge, restaurant and meeting rooms.
